Make My Day

The New Yorker cartoon caption contest has me stumped this week. A maid is outside a hotel room holding a revolver as if ready to make a bust. A timid hotel guest is letting himself into the room across the hall.



In my caption, the maid says (to the timid guest): "You might prefer the Sunday night special."

On second thought, maybe this would be better: "The service here will blow you away."

Or: "Are you sure you want early check-out?"
